Trust Not
Things I don't trust.
Never trust a person who claims:
I am not a part of the problem.
Never trust a person who feels the
need to announce:
I am so NOT judgmental.
For true judgments come from
knowledge, not ignorance.
And those who claim non-judgment,
misjudge everyone.
Never trust the proclamations of
someone's love when they say:
I would die for that person.
Even Hitler would die for those he
really loved.
I am always impressed by those who
run towards the sound of gunfire
after their loved ones are safe.
Never trust pictures taken on
vacations. They are not memories.
They are mirages of happiness.
Never trust people who claim to be
blessed and happy all the time.
They have the most deep seated
sadness.
And above all else, never trust
anyone who says:
I love you. My heart is in the mail.
