Trust Me

Trust Not
Things I don't trust.
Never trust a person who claims:
I am not a part of the problem.
Never trust a person who feels the need to announce:
I am so NOT judgmental.
For true judgments come from knowledge, not ignorance.
And those who claim non-judgment, misjudge everyone.
Never trust the proclamations of someone's love when they say:
I would die for that person.
Even Hitler would die for those he really loved.
I am always impressed by those who run towards the sound of gunfire
after their loved ones are safe.
Never trust pictures taken on vacations. They are not memories.
They are mirages of happiness.
Never trust people who claim to be blessed and happy all the time.
They have the most deep seated sadness.
And above all else, never trust anyone who says:
I love you. My heart is in the mail.

she, she and her, her and she, her

she, she and her, her and she, her

i wish i were on a plane right now flying somewhere away away
i never had the chance to tell you how your silence your distance
makes me feel all the more all the more
alone
i wish i were in a plane right now flying away away
to that other place to that other state where i feel at peace
where i feel alone and enjoy being alone
i wish i were on a plane right now flying away away
to some other destination where i am some other man
where i am alone alone
but feel so less alone
alone
